Micah and I went on a date last night. We started off with some Thai food then went to Eagle Bowl in San Marcos to bowl. Much to our dismay, it was league night and no lanes were open all night. Ugggg. *Note to self: do not go to Eagle Bowl on Wednesday nights. So, we really had an itch to Bowl so we drove up to O'side to the super chic Surf Bowl.
Started our first game off with a pitcher of beer (of course, we were at a bowling alley, how could we not). Micah's score was 97 (ouch) and mine was 107. Not so great for either of us. After the first game we were all warmed up and ready to shred. Hence, me starting game number two off with a turkey. That's right folks, three strikes in a row . . . . ZING! I proceeded to get a total of six strikes for the game and two spares. With a total score for me of (drum roll please) 179!!! That's like the best ever. Of course I beat Micah, he got a measly 115. Ha, what an amateur.
Quick question . . . has anybody been to the U.S. Virgin Islands? St. Thomas? St. Croix?
